One excellent relation between city and building. The new Cooper Union buildin by Morphosis, explores the relations between interior/exterior and students/pedestrians relation. Through slices, transparencies Thom Mayne builds a space where students can feel the classical feeling of discipline, and at the same time, the wonderful feeling of liberty in the common spaces, atriums and hall and double/triple height spaces were everybody can relax.to see in: Cooper union
