A IV Bienal de Arquitectura Ibero-Americana, realizada em Lisboa, premiou como melhor obra a Biblioteca Publica Parque España, Giancarlo Mazzanti - Colombia. Torna-se impressionante o diálogo com a envolvente natural, assumindo a construção uma forma quase orgânica que se integra na paisagem, sem deixar de a marcar. Conseguir uma solução assim numa envolvente tão complicada é por certo merecedor de prémio.

The IV Bienal de Arquitectura Ibero-Americana, shown in Lisbon, awarded as Best Project, the Parque España Public Library, by Giancarlo Manzatti in Colombia. It's impressive the project dialogue with the natural (green) sourroundings, assuming an almost organic shape which crowns the hill. To achieve this kind of solution in this type of complicated environment, is surely to be awarded.
