OODA - Largo dos Loios, Oporto

In such a city as Oporto, old abandoned buildings have become the most typical urban fabric. Although, the search for refurbished small spaces and landlords need to monetize some of their properties, gives the opportunity for some studios to make so good refurbishment projects, on such small scale.
It´s the case of OODA: "This project aims that general emergency and is a recovery of a 18th century building to convert into a 18 housing unit for turists and students, converting the building in a rediscovered and multifunctional residential experience.".
We are specialy fond of the "nucleous" unit that gathers all the utilites of the space, inclusively, working space and bed.
